Dr. Sinnett was born in Seattle and raised in Texas. She moved to Austin, Texas for undergraduate studies at the University of Texas. Medical school was at Baylor college of medicine. Her surgical rotations were at the University of Alabama, University of Washington with a special fellowship at Children’s Hospital. Dr. Sinnett is the current chief of staff elect at Stevens Hospital. She is board certified by the American Board of Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons.

Dr. Sinnett resides in Edmonds with her husband and three children.When she is not working She enjoys quilting and outdoor activities with her family.
